If you have a laundry list of items that you need created, our Hour Packs are a great option. Prepayment is required, and the hours must be used within a six-month period from the date of purchase. No refunds are provided if you do not use the pre-purchased hours within the six-month period, but don’t worry, we’ll try our best to make sure that your hours won’t go to waste! Hour Packs may not be applied to expenses associated with the project. Billed time also includes correspondence and meetings regarding projects.
